Wahaca's Day of the Dead at The Vaults 2017 : 2-4 November

Inspired by the traditional Día de los Muertos celebrated across Mexico, join us at Wahaca’s Day of the Dead for an evening of rituals, dance & theatrics.All brought to life in the underground tunnels of London’s Waterloo.

In light of recent events in Mexico, all of Wahaca’s profits from the festival will go directly to the charities supporting those affected by the Mexican earthquakes.

2nd , 3rd and 4th of November 2017
The Vaults, Leake Street, SE1 7pm-2am
Enter the festival’s labyrinth of tunnels that will play host to Hanal Pixan Mayan jungle and then into a re-creation of the Cemetery Panteon General in Oaxaca, with performances of poetry and songs where guests will be encouraged to pay their respects to the loved ones they’ve lost and much more.
Music will be curated by Movimientos, with DJ’s playing late into the night.

Mexican Banquet with Thomasina Miers
Friday 3rd November
House of Vans, Approach Rd., SE1
7pm onwards.
A Mexican food fan's dream, Wahaca Co-Founder Thomasina Miers will host a banquet in a brilliantly transformed House of Vans London on Friday 3rd November. The family-style feast will feature a selection of delicious new dishes that Tommi has been creating
There are a limited number of spaces available for the banquet.
Tickets include dinner, a welcome drink and after-dinner entry to Day of the Dead Festival to The Vaults.

Family Day
Saturday 4th of November - 1-4pm
The Vaults, Leake Street, SE1
Bring the kids to discover the true spirit of Day of the Dead across the tunnels, join in the hands-on workshops, and sit down for a grand finale screening of The Book of Life.

All Wahaca profits from the Day of the Dead Festival will be donated to charities helping those affected by the devastating earthquakes in Mexico.
